Develop a support site highlighting the properties available for sale with Karlan Builders.

The Proposal

Highlight the View Pointe Properties with a site map reflecting the actual development site plan.

The site map serves as an interactive navigation menu, pointing to each unit with plan details. The navigation is information rich proving details such as unit type, location, price, and availability all in one compact page.

The Development

DHTML layers allow this navigation menu to come alive with a array of "at-a-glance" information. Working with a black and white copy of the site plan, FOGdesigns.com developed this interactive full colour version which the building team at Karlan Builders use to highlight show their properties.
